Our charity partner for the event is Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa-USA, based in New York City and mobilizes resources to support grassroots organizations that increase access to education and development for women and girls in West Africa, with a particular focus on providing funding to its Liberian sister organization, Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa. Through scholarships, leadership and conflict resolution training, and community development, Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa is raising the next generation of peacebuilders and democratic leaders.
